The black aged pecorino cheese of Pienza is the typical Tuscan cheese produced with sheep’s milk.
It is a hard cheese, with a minimum maturation of 6 months, is among the most sold cheeses abroad.
His white and compact texture made him assume also the noun of “pinstriped”.
With a very intense flavor with a slight note of acidity, you can combine it with our cold cuts of Cinta Senese breed all accompanied by a good glass of RI.VA.LE Riserva.
