With its slightly pinkish white color, our lard is an exceptional product and its nutritional profile is highly regarded.
Its best would be on a yummy warm bruschetta but we suggest to pair it with creamy cheese as well as using it to give a unique flavor to both meat and crustaceans.
It is surprisingly good with fruit based starters.
