Rosso di Montalcino from “Fattoria Del Pino” celebrates the youth and freshness of carefully selected grapes. It is a vibrant, fruity wine that captures the essence of its land in every sip. Perfect for those who want to explore the vibrancy of Tuscan wines without waiting years for aging.

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese

Vinification: traditional method medium-long maceration on the skins with frequent repassing during the tumultuous phase with punching down for the purpose of breaking and spraying the cap for greater extraction from the skins. All with manual processing.
Aging : one year in steel and six months in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Bottle aging : longer than four months.
Color : light ruby red

Olfactory/taste : red berries, dog rose very gentle tannins that make it a pleasant drink ,medium long in the mouth with a fresh and citrusy finish
