Rosso di Montalcino is a wine produced in the respect of tradition, in which Sangiovese is able to express its infinite potential in the most natural way possible, thanks also to the natural and non-interventionist agricultural management except in the severity of thinning, and to a cellar management made of indigenous yeasts, steel vats but also oak vats for fermentation, medium-large barrels.
