Cold cut of the Cinta Senese breed
The sausage is produced using selected pork of the Cinta Senese breed. Finely ground and flavored with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic is stuffed into natural casing and subjected to drying, stewing and seasoning. Of typical taste and texture, it has an intense red color with very accentuated aromas.
Given the craftsmanship of the product, the weight may undergo some slight variation.
