Aglione (garlic) sauce

The classic sauce made with tomato, garlic from the Val di Chiana (Allium ampeloprasum var. Holmense) 5% and extra-virgin olive oil 6%.
To enhance the taste of garlic we add just a hint of chili and white wine.
It is suitable both with all types of pasta, especially fresh like Pici, and on croutons.
